The service offered by us require you to upload a copy of one or more files to our server where they are processed. Your files are not made available to anyone else or included in any kind of backups. As a policy, both the files uploaded by you and any copies produced while processing them are automatically deleted from our server once you have finished downloading the result. In some cases, files are stored for up to 24 hours for your convenience, in which case you will be provided with the option to delete the files sooner.

• Data collected by us

We store information about your IP address, which browser you use, which actions you performed on our website, and general information about the files we process, including name, size and number of pages. This data is collected to for internal analytical purposes in order to provide better services and to respond to any questions you may have after using our services. We do not store any of the content in your files. If you make a purchase or a donation via PayPal, we also receive some personal information about you and store your name and email address.
